Darmstadt, Germany (December 6, 2005)
On December 6th 2005, we took part at the 17th on-campus fair „bonding“ which was held on the campus of the University of Aachen. The University of Aachen has a focus on engineering and natural sciences.
More than 156 companies took advantage in establishing contacts to qualified candidates and in receiving interesting applications directly on the exhibition booth.
Visitors had the chance to talk to people from various Umicore departments and to take a look at job opportunities in our company. Students especially were interested in making contacts with interesting companies to do work placements or to write their skilled work and diploma or Bachelor thesis.
The „meet@ FH-Darmstadt“ was a good opportunity for Umicore to get to know potential colleagues and building our reputation as an attractive employer in Germany.
