Gaëtane Van Doorslaer works at the Head Office in BelgiumWhy did you join Umicore?

I joined Umicore in 2004 in the Finance department in Brussels. I knew Umicore as a major Belgian company with a long history, an international focus and good results. Working with colleagues all over the world in this international atmosphere makes Umicore an attractive employer.

How would you describe your role at Umicore?

I am working on different project in the Finance department and more specifically on treasury related subjects. It’s very exciting to work on different projects: I never stop learning,I am in contact with people of the various entities worldwide and I am happy to contribute to a more efficient way of working.

What are your future expectations?

I am having a good time, I am working on challenging projects and I hope this will last. I would like to evolve inside this company and get the chance to take future opportunities.
