Umicore has changed significantly over the course of the last years with a far larger product offering, a wider geographic reach and a workforce that has increased not only in numbers but also its diversity in terms of skills, backgrounds and nationalities.
Umicore has about 10,000 employees in fully consolidated companies and some 4,000 in associated companies and joint ventures. It has also taken an even more international profile. Umicore currently has operations on all continents and significantly strenghened its presence in terms of production facilities and personnel in Germany, China, Latin America and North America.
Our Human Resources Management organization is established in line with the operational and cultural needs of the new Group.
